Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons, please note that ALL ITEMS CANNOT be exchanged or refunded unless faulty, you have received the wrong item or items have not been used.

If products are found to be damaged due to insufficient packaging when returning or signs of the items being used, up to 50% will be deducted from the refund for loss in value of item/s.

All customers have 14 days to return starting the date of receiving your item/s.

As with any products normal wear and tear is to be expected. This does not qualify as an issue and you will not be refunded, given a replacement or exchange your item for normal wear and tear.
