Eco-Friendly Packaging

This is something we have wanted to work towards for a while. We have tried to slowly implement this into our packaging and the way we work. We have made a few changes over this period and continue to look for ways  to expand in this area. 

 

What does it mean to be Eco-Friendly

 

Items and materials are defined as being not environmentally harmful. These products promote green living or green manufacturing methods that lessen the amount or types of resources used. In short, eco-friendly products help the earth, not cause it harm.

 

How we have implemented this into our business so far?

 

1. We have cut down on the amount of plastic we use we no longer package our products in plastic cellophane bags or use poly bags to send out our products. 
2. We have tried to make sure anything we send our orders in are 100% recyclable 
3. When we package our wholesale products we now use reusable organza bags and suggest ways they can be used. 
4. We do our best to make sure we use all parts of our material to reduce waste. 

 

 

Fun Fact: We haven’t thrown away any of our scrap material because we have been trying to find a place we can donate or recycle them.
